Process sales orders in SAP system. Update customer on the product ready date. Cross communication with planning on the product ready date. Upon product ready update customer and arrange product for delivery or collection. End of the day, complete with invoice. Prepare invoice for customer via courier service.
Prepare reports as and when required by the department head.
Achieve department KPI as set in our customer service goals.
