Support Brand Strategy through managing retail sale operations of VIVEL patisserie chain in UAE, provide support and training to International branches of VIVEL patisserie, ensure top levels of client experience through daily trainings and supervision of staff, enhance sales in boutiques through creative merchandising, development of effective product mix and customer profile analysis, assign monthly and annual sales plans and running budget for each location to ensure maximum profitability, organize marketing activities to support brand strategy, conduct inventory controls and manage shortage, develop and implement loss prevention policies and procedures, provide feedback directly to President and Director of the company on product performance, market trends, competitor activities and business opportunities
• Daily managed and oversaw a chain of 8 boutiques of high end gourmet products
• Assisted in designing, planning and opening of 5 boutiques in UAE including Arabian Center Midriff, Marina Mall Dubai, Bawadi Mall Al Ain, Madinat Jumeirah and flagship store in Dubai Mall for VIVEL brand
• Assisted in successful planning and opening of VIVEL Baku, Azerbaijan and VIVEL Avenues Mall, Kuwait City.
• Proposed unique design and product layout in each of the newly opened stores based on clientele mix, size and market demands to ensure maximum efficiency
• Lead the stores to exceed sales targets with increase up to 140% and year on year consistent increase of 113%
• Assisted in defining sales and investment strategy for new products lines including merchandising decisions, packaging and pricing
• Implemented a new POS system across the company; successfully trained sales associated to operate the POS
• Coordinated and managed Inventory control system in all the branches
• Assisted in seasonal buys of new products and packaging materials, advising Director and CEO on market trends, past product performance and consumer feedback
• Developed and motivated staff in the shops, managed staff scheduling and rotation within allocated budget
• Actively marketed VIVEL through the in store events, sponsorship opportunities and online social media by fully designing and running Instagram account managing to achieve 5000 genuine followers within a three month frame
• Operated at the front end of business daily meeting with clientele, staff, mall management, and VIVEL Director and CEO.
