Responsible for managing a nine person team to deliver Quality department services to over 35, 000 employees. The main tasks included:
• General office administration for Quality department and team
• Coordinate staff and allocate task responsibilities for various Quality department aspects
• Maintain electronic document systems
• Carry out internal audits/assessments on other departments on behalf of the corporate office, to ensure departments running in accordance with company policies
• Refresh/maintain information on company web pages
• Develop new company policies and procedure documents as required for the various departments, including subsequent rollout via the document systems
• Research and respond to internal process improvement suggestions by gathering resolutions from other departments and key stakeholders
• Creation and implementation of an online training tool for employees globally, across 120 offices
• Report on team performance to management as required
• Participating in team appraisals and annual reviews
