• Monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels, ensuring quantities that appear in the system are accurate for planning of purchase, promotions and marketing activities.
• Maintaining records of all inventory reports according to standard company documentation and archiving procedures & Investigating inventory shortages and discrepancies
• Monitoring order returns, provides reporting and ensures quick returns entries into system
• Inventory maintenance - In/Out Stock & Physical store stock
• Performing day to day administrative tasks such as maintaining files and processing paperwork, supporting shipping preparation and loading
• Processing the wholesale sales order & return entries
• Processing purchase entry for retail & wholesales divisions.

• Passing the customer payment receipt entry & raising the credit note against deduction
• Regular customer payment follow-up & customer accounts reconciliation
• Physical cash maintenance (Petty Cash)
• Maintaining the Bank Deposits - Retail sales cash deposit & wholesale chq collection.
* Processing the wholesale sales order & return entries
