Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform HR and Administrative tasks of the medical complex.
• Perform other duties in Reception such as arranging customers / patients for their appointment in Body Removal Laser or in Dental, answering queries of the patients, and preparing a sales invoice for cash or credit payments.
• Keep updated records of clinic expenses and daily sales incomes.
• Act as Document Controller in medical records of the medical complex as well as other pertinent documents.
• Perform other duties that may assigned by our General Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
• HR functions such as Employee Relation, Recruitment, Employee Benefits and Administrative works
• Safekeeping of all employee master files
• Prepare a Job Offer, Employment Contract and other documents pertinent to employees
• Coordinate to employee with regards to medical schedule, finger printing and iqama application
• Attend to employee issues and concerns (salary, leave, and work related problem)
• Prepare all incoming or outgoing either proposal, letter or memos
• Prepare and process of documents (such as visa, ministry and contracts) for housemaids (Philippine, Bangladesh, Kenya, Indonesia, India and Sri Lanka)
• Responsible for company daily Cash In and Cash Out
• Handle the company Petty Cash
• Handle Agency Commission / SOA and Remittances for deployed housemaids
• Coordinate accredited agencies with regards to application status of housemaid and manpower request.
• Filing of documents
• Assisting customers’ inquiries and concerns
Primary Responsibility: Responsible in assisting our for-VP Admin & Operations and HRD Manager in overseeing the entire operations of Human Resources & Development Department with regards to Recruitment and Training, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations and Administration.
This position reports to HRD Manager and coordinates with department / section heads in regarding to manpower requirements. Execute recruitment processes consistent with company procedures, goals and business objectives. Develop and deliver plans to attract and retain qualified candidates and anticipates requirements based on historical records as well as current market trends and its effect on manpower availability.
Concurrently, assists in determining the training needs and requirements as key and technical personnel. Assist in the administration of written and actual means of measuring abilities and potential of key and / or technical personnel. Facilitates / approved trainings as scheduled.
