Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
* Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources.
* Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
* Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing,
recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluation).
* Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, and surveys) and take minutes.
* Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
* Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, and leaves).

* Assist Incoming calls from the Dental Offices and answers all queries about the Patient’s Dental
Plan, specifically the patient’s Dental Benefits including the Preventative, Basic and Major
services.
* Assists in providing Dental Claims information directly to the Dental Assistants and Treating
Dentists.

* Conducts outgoing calls. Accessing Clients Portal and Interprets the Job Description provided
by the clients.
* Logs in to the Internal Database and conducts Job board search via Vendor Management
System, TALEO, MONSTER, DICE, LINKEDIN and TWITTER.
* Sources applicants qualified for the Job Description provided by the Clients and submits it
directly to the client for approval till candidate is approved or qualified for an interview.
* Assists candidates for employment on boarding and retention.

* Handles and manages the Escalation team specifically the Subject Matter Agents.
* Addresses supervisor call.
* Conducts evaluation of the overall performance of an agent subjected for regularization and
promotion.
* Assists in accomplishing timesheets of agents to be submitted to the Payroll.
* Participates in all Client meetings discussing strategies to maintain and improve the
performance of the TEAM/Account (Career Education Corporation Account) .
Receives incoming calls from DELL customers that orders DELL products online.
* Assists customer inquiries on DELL computers, software, parts and upgrades and accessories.
* Assists in accepting payments by phone.
* Provides billing information.
* Assists and provides Shipment process.
* Promotes newly launched Dell Products.
Receives inbound calls coming from DISH NETWORK (Cable Company) clients.
* Provides technical support assistance by conducting basic trouble shooting steps to fix
technical issues encountered by clients.
* Sends and schedules a Technician to counter check the equipment if trouble shooting steps
conducted by phone did not work.
