 Performed day to day HR function - all visa formalities, dealing with Labour & Immigration offices in Abu Dhabi.
 Managed the recruitment drive for all Telectron projects throughout the UAE & Qatar. Hiring from local/GCC and international countries.
 Co-ordinated with Line Managers to identify their recruitments needs.
 Partnering with international recruitment agencies sourcing suitable candidates, short-listing/interviewing/hiring employees.
 Designed, developed & implemented a company induction program for new employees.
 Developed Job descriptions for all positions in the company, setting KPIs and objectives, and tied it to yearly increments & bonuses.
 Developed the performance management system, establishing the bi-annual appraisal process.
 Developing and Managing implementation of a comprehensive management reporting system.
 Coaching line managers on how to conduct the appraisal process, identifying gaps in positions where training, either internal or external, is required for the improvement process, and to further develop individual employees careers.
 Identifying training needs analysis for the employees based on the service level agreement.
 Structured the yearly increment and bonus scheme. In terms of rewards & recognition.
 Organizing employee relation’s activities to motivate employees, company reward being higher productivety.
 Developed a salary structure and grading system for all employees.
 Dealing with all employee queries, offering help, support and mediation between management and the employee as and when required.
 Developed corporate teaching sessions.

As an innovative market leader within the MEP marketplace in the UAE, Electromechanical (MEP) Contracting has grown considerably over the years.
This company expanded, and required an HR Department, start-up position.

Visited construction worksites in AD on weekly basis, checked purchasing orders against supplies
Weekly Recruitment/HR updates and training session for team members
Managed the Recruitment/HR team of 6 assistants, 3 in Head office, 3 on site

Key Achievements: Identifying where specific candidate pools would be found; (local contracts nearing completion etc), venues and appropriate media; running comprehensive media campaigns; to attract candidates, then feeding into candidate pipeline for various company projects in need.
Encouraged internal recruitment drives, reference/recommendations/contacts for engineering/unskilled labour positions. Established direct hire only, making huge savings on out-sourcing costs.
Developed and Implemented a U See U ACT program to encourage the use of safety equipment within the unskilled labour force, offering a monthly reward scheme.

Arady Properties is an Abu Dhabi based development company formed for the purpose of developing property projects and initiatives in the UAE, specifically, and other GCC countries on an opportunistic basis. Arady's major investments include a retail platform, hospitality, and a real estate development platform. Projects included a $300M USD hospitality fund, $150M USD property mixed use fund. Mawqif a joint venture with Arady and National Car Parks of UK, and the Department of Transport Abu Dhabi. Mawaqif which is now the result of a strategic partnership and coordination between DOT, Abu Dhabi Municipality, Abu Dhabi Police HQ and the Urban Planning Council.

Key Achievements: Extensive help and advice on registering/Licensing of Mawaqif. When Mawqif first went into operation, Abu Dhabi residents were and still are, in an uproar about it, employees chosen by myself handled all complaints exceedingly well, and in fact are still in their original positions, or been promoted to higher positions within the company. These positions are mainly held by UAE Nationals.

An advocate of the Emiratization program, I established a link with Abu Dhabi University as an Employer of Choice.

Key Achievements:
Developed a nationalization (localization) program for the company which was implemented and executed.
Developed a medical Emergency Response Plan with co-operation from the security division, still in use today by WP and the client Exxon mobil.
Brought the results of deaths resulting from Malaria from 3 per year to 0 in the first year through education, preventative prophylaxis drugs, health screening, urine sampling (to make sure staff where using supplied prophylaxis).
Was awarded a commendation by Exxon Mobil for achievements and results within the medical department
