Its a three years master of science in environmental science with an energy related research thesis on the environmental and economic benefits of adopting improved institutional cookstoves by schools in Kenya. I am also gaining experiences in the environmental policy sector with the United Nations Environmental Programme under their Division of Environmental Policy Implementation.
It was a four year course after which i was awarded a bachelor of science degree in industrial chemistry. I also did a final year project dissertation on the deflouridating efficiency between aluminum chloride and activated carbon in drinking water in KIserian a rural masaai village in Kenya. I have done internships in the quality departments of Mumias sugar company, Nestle Kenya food limited and East African Breweries limited.
