1.) Conduct analysis, extract lease information, handle rent payables and other financial-related tasks for various brands in accordance with the rent payment schedule through the Oracle Property Management Database (OPM).
2.) Integrate, escalate, and conveys concerns to the line manager and ensure that all the issues are resolved within the given time frame. When necessary, performs administrative tasks.
3.) Proofread, process and prepared for signature/approval of a various letters and other communications with regards to lease documents and rent payables.
4.) Support business functions to accomplish overall corporate goals. Kept crucial leasing documentation organized and deliberately for Central and Eastern Europe, South and North Gulf territories.
OFFICER IN CHARGE (in the absence of the Line Manager - on leave)
1.) Overseeing all aspects of the lease agreement procedure in conjunction with the legal department
2.) As directed, coordinate with internal departments to complete leasing agreements whilst maintaining correctness.
3.) Analyze all the data and inputs before making appropriate changes/revisions to the record system.
4.) Check the abstracts in all commercial leases. Verify the rental dates based on the project's completion or handover and the landlord's confirmation to make any necessary database changes.
5.) Make payments to developers/landlords by coordinating with cost centers, suppliers, and recipients of rent payments, among other things, to register new leases into the database.
