Provide comprehensive nursing care to the patient.
Perform nursing assessment of all patients, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care
rendered.
Observe the patient and reports under development to the physician as needed.
Nursing documentation in a brief, accurate and complete manner.
Monitor vital signs
Provide health teaching to patient and relatives as required.
Collecting the blood samples and specimens for investigation and blood transfusion.
Perform I.V. Cannulation, IVF Theraphy and blood transfusion
Perform physical examination and palpation.
Administer oral and IV drugs as ordered by the doctor.
Work inter dependently with other health professionals.
Do ECG taking, IV Cannulation, Insertion of Urinary Catheter, Nasogastric tube & ryles tube
feeding.
Perform cleaning dressing of the wounds
Assist physician during minor procedures done on bedside such as suturing, Incision and
drainage, exicision, & tendon repairing.
