Reporting Directly to the CEO and Director of Operations as well as to the Deputy General Manager and Financial Controller.
Preparing letters/correspondent and typing and finalizing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the review and signature of the CEO or Director of Operations.
Receiving all kinds of documents/queries either by fax, email or hand delivery for the perusal of the Director of Operations.
Preparing and setting up appointment for the CEO and Director of Operations.
Preparing Minutes of Meetings and Scheduled Weekly Project meeting.
Preparing all the documents needed for the meeting.
Producing copies of documents that needed on a meeting.
Arranging travel/plane ticket as well as hotel booking for the CEO and Director of Operations and their visitors.
Help visitors with hotel, travel/car service arrangements.
Encoding, filing and controlling received documents from clients and other queries.
Document controller of big projects that involves multi-millions contract.
Making photocopy and distributing files/documents to the intended receiver .
Assisting the logistic officer for the status of the Purchase Order of the clients and helping follow-up to the foreign suppliers based abroad.
Manage the process of interviewing the work applicants and assiting/trained the new hire candidates.
Handled requisitioning of supplies and inventory adhering to a limited budget.
