Fully responsible for the event management of Taste of Dubai, Taste of Abu Dhabi and The Dubai
Winter Festival, as well as responsible for sales team and revenues generated across all shows.
As the event manager I was responsible for delivering the events from start to finish under budget, this included:
• Management of the Events team, including sales, marketing and operations
• Booking the venue
• Selecting and booking all furniture/décor/tents/features for the events
• Work closely with contractors to ensure all orders were received, negotiating rates to fall within
budgeted guidelines
• Generating new ideas and concepts to increase the events attraction including booking all
entertainment aspects and creating feature areas for visitors to engage and interact.

Allied Irish Bank Headquarters.

• The event was a one-day, outdoor event which was held for 4, 500 people.
• I project managed the event from start to finish handling all sales, marketing and operations elements.
• I Conducted meetings with the client to agree specifications for the event.
• Advised the client on setup options and types of materials needed to achieve desired results.
• Calculated and provided the client with estimates of potential costs in running the event.
• Sourced and liaised with vendors and suppliers.
