• Provided a fair and accurate reflection of the company’s current and future requirement by formulating 116 job descriptions as per the Hay model. Saved AED 500, 000 by doing it in house
• Delivered functional and business performance improvements by measuring and analyzing key performance indicators, identifying high potential employees through employee performance appraisals and cost-effective training and development
