Handle the lounge for particular shift, welcoming the guest, explaining lounge concept, assist in the seats, introduce to the assigned staff, check guest satisfaction, in-charge for ordering of items used in the lounge, doing paper works, checking staff grooming, assigning staff allocations, brief the staff, handling complaints and report to the supervisor.
I've been a hostess, server and in-charge for a particular shift in dining area. I was also assigned for some events / functions. I was also the one who's computing our monthly tips collection that was distributed for all the staff including the kitchen.
Management trainees assist with the daily responsibilities and duties of managing a business. Management trainees accept delegated tasks from managers while enrolled in company sponsored training programs that prepare us to eventually become managers. I was also taking in-charge for the restaurant.

Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners. Issue trading stamps, and redeem food stamps and coupons.And answering phone calls for deliveries and any inquiries.
