Dubai Toll Systems(SALIK) -The Dubai toll collection system (DTCS ) has been implemented as a distributed multiple high availability industrial computer and enterprise class servers linked by a high capacity Ethernet communication backbone. The system is engineered to provide high throughput and high reliability, at both the component level and overall system level.
o Configuration and assembling of RFID readers, scanners .
o Configuration of UNIX based real time operating systems.
o Execution and maintenance of SALIK Points.
o Installation of digital video audit systems and violation enforcement systems.
o Installation of automatic vehicle identification systems(AVI) using laser scanners.
o RFID readers antenna range calibrations and communication protocol settings.
o Installation and maintenance of VIS cameras.
To design and implementation of CCTV projects.
Directed design and installation of Security Systems.
Providing ongoing service, repair and maintenance of varied CCTV systems within the area.
Maintaining a healthy customer relationship at all times, with customer service key at every level.
Servicing the company’s product portfolio as directed in an effective and cost efficient manner.
Maintaining all paperwork and documentation up-to-date and communicating appropriately with the Customer Service Administration Office.
Being aware of all contract possibilities and add on business opportunities.
Observing and promoting safe working practices.
To give the technical support to the entire sales team.
Implement preventative maintenance for electronic equipment used in the projects.
Repaired electronic boards used in analog, digital, instrumentation & electrical circuits.
Supported Internet connectivity, services and related issues.
Loaded & updated operating systems & software applications as required.
