-Manage maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs.
-Coordinate and manage maintenance teams of fire technicians - delivering the work on time, in budget, to scope and keeps up to date with billing.
-Assist in providing information and updates on on-going maintenance works to client on routine basis.
-Perform proper documentation and filings of maintenance records.
-For any project or improvement work, prepare scope of work, liaise with contractor for cost, submit recommendation to client and manage the project at site for closure.
-Manage subcontractor in their works and ensure their works are performed at the desired level of quality, standards and complete in target time.
- Qualification and Validation of new equipment’s.
- Ensure Generators, Compressor and Excavator maintenance.
- Manage a team of 8 technicians.
- Manage of supplier contacts and monitoring of equipment’s on-site pre-sales.
- Develop and maintain resource databases.
- Management project: SMED (Single Minute Exchange of die )
- Control the production indicators
- Design of a SMT line
