Resolve any problems related to Laptop, Desktop, Printer
User Account Management in AD.
Maintaining Active Directory Services, Files & Folder permissions - Windows Server 2003 and 2008.
Remote IT support through Microsoft System Center.
Imaging of PCs, installation of software’s, Upgrades patches using Microsoft System center configuration manager
MS Exchange 2010/2013 Client Configuration, Creating Workspaces Server/Clients mail boxes, Configure settings for Archiving, Replications etc.,
Installation Symantec Client in both Servers/Clients and Upgrading day-to-day Symantec latest virus definitions.
Taking image Backup of servers and clients through Symantec Backup Exec system Recovery
Helpdesk Management: Call Capture, Call Assignment, Call Escalation, Call Closure, User Feedback, Updating of call details in the database for report generation using Microsoft system center service manager and complete co-ordination with IT team within the organization.
Installation of local/network Printer/Scanner/Fax machines and configuration
Granting permissions on the shared drives on request etc.
Configuration of Qatalum’s production software- APICS in all the PCs and troubleshooting
Preparation of standard images (Operating System- both Windows XP & Windows 7 + Software configuration) for implementing in PCs
PC and accessories allocation to users, Inventory Management Troubleshooting of PC’s hardware
Data backup responsibilities
Network configuration of laptops and desktops.
Co-ordination with vendors for hardware support related matters.
Configuring wireless routers and access point
Installation, configuration and administration of Windows 2008 server
Installation configuration and troubleshooting of client workstations with different operating systems like Windows 7, vista and XP.
Installing and configuring network printers.
Designing and determining address ranges for each subnet configuring the DHCP server for dynamic IP address.
Managing Active Directory users.
Installation and Maintenance of LAN in the office
Managing and maintaining company e-mail of users.
Creating and managing public folders, creating multiple storage groups and stores for Administration of Scalability, efficient management and to enhance reliability.
Plan & lead Network projects installations & up gradations, evaluate new Technologies & Work with other technical staff to determine hardware.
