• Serve as the first point of contact for over 200 pharmacies and employees seeking IT assistance by handling IT Helpdesk Support tickets and calls.
• Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking issues by identifying and solving problems raised in the ticketing system and logging the relevant information in the ticketing system.
• Perform remote troubleshooting using Goverlan, VNC Viewer etc. through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Sonicwall administration; adding VPN, adding VPN users and creating rules to block unwanted traffic and access to unwanted sites.
• Installing and configuring email clients: Outlook and Office365.
• Providing basic support for Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Supporting inventory control related to asset and device management.
