KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Conducting telephonic interviews for potential candidates.
•Maintaining registers for job applications, filing them appropriately and processing it to HRM for scrutiny whenever necessary.
•Making arrangements for potential employee interviews and informing shortlisted candidates.
•Intimating successful candidates regarding job offer details and other relevant information.
•Generating appointment and offer letters for newly joined staff.
•Maintaining proper leave records of all the employees in the organization.
•Monitoring of leave form and leave card.
•Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
•Maintaining accurate employee documents, as per requirement of ISO standards.
•Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
•Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomer’s joining formalities.
•Preparation of Salary Statement for all the employees of Muthoot Diagnostics.
•Maintaining and updating documents for Employee’s State Insurance Corporation.
•Coordinating with the Government Provident Fund Office.
•Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.)
•Scrutinizing TA/DA statement received from various Regional Centres and forwarding to CFM.
•Updating and enrolling new staff in Labour Welfare and all the Labour office related works.
•Monitoring punching details.
•Preparing Daily Positions, Annual Reports, Business targets etc.
•Handling general administrative works
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Daily making appointments with clients through phone calls.
•Daily updating records of sales and bookings - Tracked progress of existing bookings by contacting or meeting with customers.
•Qualifying buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
•Demonstrating automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
•Effectively took care of relevant paperwork.
•Updating job knowledge by participating in corporate training programs; reading professional publications.
•Maintaining contact with existing customers through meetings, messages and by phone.
•Representing the company at events and demonstrations.
•Keeping up to date on changes in pricing, offers, campaigns and road shows.
•Establishing relationships with new corporate heads by giving them our corporate offers.
