Material based on the Sales Forecast and Planning. MRP Will Raise for 90 Days. (Based on the Sales expectation)
•Checking Best Price and Agree on the Best Quotation. Negotiate with Suppliers for the
Better Price, Delivery and Payment Terms.
•Initiate Purchase Request and Purchase order in the System.
•Follow up with Supplier on this Shipment Status, inform user department to take corrective Action whenever needed.
•Initiate Accurate documentation for easy procurement Process (Clearing documents, Chemical Approval, Advance Payment etc)
•Handling Good Receipts PO
•Weekly stock Monitoring and taking Procurement action Based on the stock Level
• Keep evaluating the Consumption of each item. Procuring material Based on High-
•Moving, Medium m Moving and slow-Moving to avoid Shortage.
• Adding New suppliers based on Company requirements.
•Preparing monthly Reports
•Preparing shipment documents for Clearing
