• Design, Installation, Configuration, Testing and Maintenance of various devices of ELV and AV Systems.
• Design level document and submittal preparation.
• Testing and Commissioning of PAVA System (Bosch- Praesideo and Praesensa)
• Testing and Commissioning of CCTV, Access Control and Gate barrier systems.
• Making study reports and material and project requirement data for the new projects.
• Preparation of Material Submittals, Method of Statement, Operations and Maintenance Manual and other documents related to all stages of the projects.
• Conducting site surveys and prepare the reports for operational functional and technical requirements including BOQs with Project leads and Engineers.
• Conducting pre inspections and preparation and submission of documents for work inspections with clients and consultant.
• Preparation of periodical manpower and work updates and submission of the same to the manager.
• Complying and verifying the standard of the installation and check the safety procedures are followed and maintained.
• Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team.
• Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
• Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and more.
• Assist with on boarding of new users.
• Ensure each work station has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional specialized equipment
• Reporting for diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
• Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Maintaining records of Hardware and software installations and licenses
• Checking computer equipment for electrical safety
