- Paying over 100 Vendors by Scheduling Payments by ageing analysis and cash flow analysis.
- Prepare monthly cashflow forecasts for management.
- Booking of over 500 invoices monthly after checking and taking approval from HOD’s.
- Responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance and continuing to improve payment process.
- Reconciliation of Bank Accounts and inter Companies accounts.
- Preparing Manual Cheques and TT payments.
- Maintaining Prepaid Expenses ledger and monthly Expense booking and ledger reconciliation.
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue collections and follow up on any outstanding balances.
- Communicate with customers to resolve any billing disputes or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to accounts receivable.
- Prepare reports on accounts receivable activities and present findings to management.

- Handled Accounts receivables of Nestle Van Sales & Swiss Arabian Perfumes (1500 Accounts)
- Assist in internal and external audit and maintain documentation.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
- Conducted Meetings with sales team to ensure proper payment collection.
- Booking all the rebate & Sales & promotion entries as per the company policies.
- General accounting work, filing and daily operational activities.

- Work closely with the Van Sales team to ensure accurate and timely billing of customers.
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up on any outstanding balances.
- Communicate with customers to resolve any billing disputes or discrepancies related to Van Sales.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to Van Sales accounts receivable.
- Conducting Monthly meetings with Sales Team for Ageing Review and collection target allocation.
