• Monitor data quality tasks.
• Regularly maintain / update the master reference tables for ensuring data quality.
• Ensure the quality of data coming from different sources.
• Regularly communicate with the data teams of each department to ensure all the data from each source are regularly feed in to Master database.
• Create monthly reports on Data quantity/quality.
• Run analytics reports for each business groups quarterly and on requirements.
• Extract data for marketing campaigns.
• Execute the campaigns using online tool - Eloqua.
• Coordinating various CRM projects and initiatives.
• Serve as liaison between Group CRM department and the business unit.
• Oversee customer and prospect information by evaluating and updating data from marketing and sales.
• Assist in the creation of vertical and group wide campaigns.
• Create customized reporting templates for end-users.
• Ensure the Group CRM team’s projects are delivered on schedule.
• Design interactive dashboards and reports using tableau.

• Develop a Marketing database and leverage it to generate targeted campaign ideas & manage campaigns by proactively mining the database & understanding customer behavior patterns to identify cross sell opportunities; generate campaign ideas & potential customer lists and coordinate with the Marketing and sales teams to implement the campaigns.
• Analyze data and provide timely MI reports to Management to support product development, marketing and sales & services.
• Ensure that campaigns are evaluated to support the evaluation of the return on Investment on campaigns by tracking response data in terms of contacts/leads/sales from the campaign and measuring it against the advertising media & costs.
• Support the Sales and service teams by tracking the contacts, leads and sales.
• Help in setting up and using CRM system for Marketing and Sales purposes.
• Administration and full involvement in the CRM system project setup.
• Provide support and Monitor progress of CRM system project.
• Review and recommend changes to CRM system to better support business needs.
• Conduct extensive mining of large databases to analyze marketing programs performance, productivity by segment and generate detailed reports that drive insight and highlight opportunities for incremental revenue, churn improvement, & increased customer satisfaction.
• Develop and effectively present, graphically and verbally, analysis of data that support developed hypothesis (product and service usage analysis, life time value estimation, pricing analysis, service channel usage analysis, sales optimization & performance tracking, claims & payments analysis, next product recommendation)
• Work with business partners in Marketing to clarify data needs and objectives.
• Ability to translate business problem into data mining problem and marketing strategies/initiatives into actionable database marketing deliverables.
• Provide fact based recommendations and timely information to all levels of the organization from analyst peers to executives.
• Execute customer analytics & data mining projects from start to finish including project management, data manipulation, preparation, modeling, validation and communication of key insights.
• Provide Analytical Services where needed to improve segment performance and enhance customer experience within the company.
• Acquirement of data through web search.

Good knowledge in NPS from project implementation to report generation.

Processing the data, checking the quality of data. Make reports, forms and queries for the projects.

Receive data from the Dubai office and coordinate with the Data process Executives for getting the work done in the performed manner.
