Entrusted with the responsibility for handling entire spectrum of NRB & FMC CAN line operations right from the raw material checking to finished product and to make sure that the FG will be within specs.
Developing and coordinating activities and programs necessary to meet and maintain quality standards and reliability of manufactured products while providing suggestions required for achieving the best quality product possible.
Imparting training to the subordinates on process control, sanitation, Food safety Aspects such as HACCP, Allergens, GMP's, SOPs, CIP procedures, Total Quality Management, troubleshooting in manufacturing line and laboratory and also about Good Manufacturing Practices.
Managing regulatory third party and internal food safety audits and preparing the reports.
Maintaining daily product evaluation programs and records to include product quality scoring, key quality indicators, shelf life and microbiological testing.
Providing feedback on material quality to the supply management team in connection with the purchase of for ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products.
Designing, scheduling, performing and reporting on plant testing for new recipes, products, qualification of new raw materials and vendors, as well as validation of new equipment and packaging material.
Handling all modern process control equipment’s of Food & Beverage like Massmol, Mixmol, Contimol of Van der Molen Germany, Pasteurizer, Tap-Tones & Checkmates.
Responsible for making trends of process parameters and take necessary CAPA (corrective and preventive actions for deviations) based on the trends.
Implementing the safety function of the department to ensure that an effective accident prevention program is maintained and that appropriate measures are taken to comply with corporate and related safety policies and directives.
