The present responsibilities include but not limited to
 Supports the Top Management in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue.
 Supports the Top Management in the Organization roles and responsibilities definition, for what concerns safety aspects.
 Supports the Top Management in the HSE Management System standard issue.

 Provides technical support to Senior Management on any safety related subjects.
 Carries out any in-house safety training.
 Carries out safety audits on Sub-contractors.
 Liaises between Clients on safety related issues.
 Safeties related engineering input into new projects and modification programs.
 Participates to HAZOP meetings prior to procurement and installation activities.
 Performs Risk Assessment.
 Preparation of Health and Safety documentation for new tenders.
 Provides Safety support and advice, including supervision on preparation of plans and procedures for initial contract start up activities.

HSE Officer for EPC Contractor

Worked on NEB Phase 3 project (EPC by GS-Dodsal Consortium) under ADCO. Ensured the safety of all field operations by implementing, maintaining, and enforcing the health, safety, and environmental systems and programs. Conducted risk assessments for various work areas and ensured the safety of all personnel in collaboration with the local management and field supervisors. Worked on Petronas MLNG Train 9 Project with Shapadu-Penta Consortium (EPCC by JGC). Was in charge of achieving all relevant internal health and safety goals. Participated in the monitoring of HSE activities including auditing and sampling. Performed daily safety inspections of the site to identify hazards and unsafe conditions. Ensured the effective implementation of project HSE plans and procedures for the area of responsibilities. Coordinated assignments with construction department and client representatives to ensure a complete understanding of HSE requirements and resolve areas of concern within the scope of responsibilities. Investigated the cause of HSE-related incidents and prepared reports for the higher management with recommendations for remedial actions. Attended toolbox talks and identified HSE training needs based on incident trends. Participated in risk assessments for critical operations to identify and mitigate hazards. Provided advice on all problems related to HSE to all personnel.
