 Mainly Concentrating in SOA, Reconciliation and BRS.

 Receiving & sending SOA on monthly basis.
 Overseas agent's accounts recon in various currency bases.
 Daily direct reporting Fund position to Corporate.
 Verifying and approving employee expense reimbursements
 Watch adequacy of funds for all automated payments including CASS
 Maintaining cheque collection account and ensuring cheques are deposited daily
 Direct dealing with overseas agent for payment and account reconciliations.
 Monitor and control of bank accounts based on expected receivables & committed payments
 Handling the local vendor invoices and statements from U.K on daily basis.
 Making online bank payments to local and overseas vendors based on statements.
 Direct contact with the operations team in U.K and reporting to the Country Finance Manager.
 Dealing with AR & AP
 Handling the accounts of two freight forwarding companies: FSL-U.K and FSL-Brindlex.
 Documentation and data management.
 Handling monthly payment commitment of salary and other allowances
 Preparation of 2010-11 Audit files / documents
