• Recruitment & Selection: Develop and implement contemporary recruitment methods to attract top quality candidates appropriate to the position and company needs. Create effective recruitment requisites including interview calls, candidate-HOD coordination, JDs, competency mapping, selection processes and staffing procedures to improve efficiency and develop uniformity across the organization. Prepare Offer letters and employment contracts coordinating authorized signatories.
• Staffing: Good governance to staff accommodation at all terms, their administration and management, administration of medical insurance benefit as per eligibility to respective staffs.
• Orientation Programs: Design Orientation / induction programs for new entrants at all levels. Co ordination of staff induction modules, Plan conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
• Internal Communication: Handled internal communication at a global level
• Employee Handbook-Preparing reviewing and updating employee handbook
• PMS: Thorough with the PMS Lifecycle, 360 degree feedback, assessment centers.
• HR Administration Support to all staffs: Managing the entire lifecycle of an employee, Create awareness of and adherence to organization policies, procedures and legislative requirements. Interpret and communicate operating policies. Conduct Exit Interviews.
• Leave Management: Monitor leave, elucidate leave eligibility to the employee and HOD, maintain & update comprehensive leave record of all staffs and operate the travel desk as per eligibility in the most economical manner. Administer with utmost accuracy and efficiency to minimize/obliterate leave disputes and errors.
