Job Responsibilities:
• To create an interactive teaching and learning environment through utilizing global teaching practices.
• Designing lesson plan according to the requirement of syllabus and unpacked standards.
• Align Curriculum to meet requirements of National Agenda
• Planning and preparing differentiated activities for (SOD’s) Student of Determination as well as for Kinesthetic, Auditory and Visual learners.
• Implements activities using a variety of techniques (audio/videos) that utilize instructional time to meet success criteria.
• Assessing students work for internally assessed components of qualifications and also observing their work, behavior and attendance
• Create homework assignments for drill, review, enrichment sufficiently so that the student will learn personal responsibility and that students are able to handle the work at their grade level.
• Evaluate the educational program and student progress.
• Timely feedback to improve each student’s individual performance
• Designing and maintaining follow up templates to record and report students’ progress on daily basis.
• Establishes and maintains standards of student behavior to achieve a functional learning atmosphere.
• Exhibits positive human relations skills.
• Communicates with parents/guardians, colleagues for progress of the students
• Demonstrates proficiency in written and oral communication.
Mathematics
•Establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects and to communicate those objectives to students.
•Prepare and deliver lessons to a range of classes of different mental skills.
•Manage pupil behavior in the classroom and on school premises, and apply appropriate and effective measures in cases of misbehavior
•Mark work, give appropriate feedback and maintain records of pupils' progress and development
•Research new topic areas, maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge, and devise and write new curriculum materials
•Select and use a range of different learning resources and equipment
•Liaise with other professionals, such as learning mentors, careers advisers, educational psychologists and education welfare officers.
