• Building the network as per GE requirement.
• Handle Network projects involving standard network design, network hardware procurement & network implementation for General Electric.
• Configuring Firewall filtering policy, NAT control policies, defining global rules, Firewall control policies on Zscaler dashboard along with performing bypass, traffic captures and troubleshooting.
• Building VPN connections for 3rd party customers, configuring Plug proxy connections as per the requirement to enable collaboration with parent company
• Network Migration - Moving the site network from legacy to New Technology (SDWAN/SAND IC/Meraki (LAN and WLAN)
• Raising BOM and sharing quotes with vendor for hardware procurement.
• Procurement of ISP circuit based upon the business requirement and setting up the network as per GE standard design.
• Preparing and maintaining VISIO diagram for site wise implementation and uploading the same to GE library for future reference.
• Performing tech refresh of the networking devices, Cisco routers, switches, wireless devices.
• Build and migrate 3rd party network, via VPN solution (Site to site) Via IPsec tunnel and DMVPN tunnel.
• Implementation of security devices like Cisco ASA firewalls, Checkpoint firewalls, Palo Alto firewalls, and F5 Load balancer along with cisco routers and switches.
• Internal training - Providing training for fresher’s/New joiners on both process & Technical

• Documented complete change management process to be followed by Tier-2/L2 for all Device Network changes. Documented Extranet/LAN/WAN process flow, case types, and how deal and handle change management for different environments for all kind of network cases.
• Installing, configuring, commissioning and troubleshooting Telstra customer’s Network in MPLS core network according to the customer accountability.
• Activation and configuration of PE Ports on Cisco and Juniper platform in MPLS Cloud.
• During the cutover and loading configuration in coordination with field Tech to Ensure remote connectivity.
• Troubleshooting the MPLS network issues in VPN and VRF levels.
• Worked on MPLS VPN on basic level providing VPN services to the corporate Customer’s of Telstra.
• Configuring Cisco Router and Switch Load balance using HSRP and VRRP.
• Configuration of VLANS and VTP Domains
• Configuring the RADIUS server with new domains for new customers.
• Understand current network intrusion methods and denial of service attacks.
