Delivery: Implementation of Total Productive Maintenance, Global Efficiency, Overall Equipment
Efficiency, Line Utilization, Compliance to plan, MTBF, KG per Man-hours and other World Class
Manufacturing standards with KPIs of 90 % above scores in each element.
Cost: Implementation of cost-effective bill of materials, Material Usage Variance, Labor Usage
Variance, Maintenance & Repair cost, Overtime and other digitalization / automations opportunities
with KPIs of reduction in cost per ton, M&R per ton etc.
Moral: Implementation of skill matrix with KPIs of Training hours/employee, Absenteeism %,
OPL/employee, localization
Others: Production Development, Budgeting & Costing, Project initiatives, Recruitment etc.
