▪ Posting invoices, delivery notes, purchase returns and GRN in ERP for our Major
Customers and HORECA Sectors to update inventory in FSD books.
▪ Preparing RFQ (request for quotation) to the customers and ensuring that the prices
given are competitive and stocks are always available.
▪ Monitoring, follow up & respond to warehouse requests, received from buyers and
retails operations to prioritize shipments and delivery orders, track shipment
discrepancies and update shipment status in the system ensuring all required actions are
assigned and taken within proper time frame.
▪ Updating and reporting sales of all the customers to the Head Department Superiors.
▪ Monitoring various documents such as; sales return, credit and cash invoices, petty cash
and calculating to make sure payments amounts and records are correct.
▪ Coordinating to the customers by mails and receiving phone calls and undertaking
clerical task such as; typing making letters, phone calls and handling basic book keeping.
