1. Responsible for Secondary for the given 20 SE Points. Each SE point Have 10-20 SM Outlets

2. Concentrating on deriving secondary thru SE Point with effective coverage. And promoting sales in SE Village
3. Targeting class SM outlets in SE Village & giving to them good margin by way of scheme, getting good sales for our brands.
4. Effective use of schemes in SE Market & getting good sales.
5. Responsible for coverage expansion, display merchandising, Liquidation plan for slow moving products in SE Villages
6. Appointing new SE (Shakthi Entrepreneur) to the vacant areas.
7. Responsible for schemes settlement & maintain records.
8. Planning to increase coverage in rural areas.
9. Giving training for new appointed SE’s with our company apps in field. 10. Monthly Planning & Target Setting
11. Complete understanding of billing & Delivery operations at the RS
point(SE bills Import and export in RS UNIFY)

1. Responsible for Rural Division Merchandising, Secondary sales for the given RS POINT with RS Merchandiser &RS Sales man.
2. Concentrating on deriving Visibility thru Merchandiser and Sales thru RS Salesman with effective coverage.
3. Targeting Star, Vijeta outlets & giving to them good margin by way of scheme, VISIBILITY Contest, getting good sales for our brands.
4. Effective use of Visibility schemes in retail market & getting good sales.
5. Responsible for coverage expansion, plan for slow moving products.
6. Supporting Sales Team to Achieve their Target.
7. Enrolling new Star, vijeta Outlets in assigned area.
8. Responsible for Display Amount, Star Additional Payout, schemes settlement & maintain records.
9. Ensure Visibility And Availability.
10. Giving training for new Sales man and merchandisers with PAMTOP (Billing and Call processing Device)
11. Administrative works like Working In RS UNIFY giving training about RS UNIFY collecting reports, Reporting to Territory Sales officer and closely working with the RS team, billing, printing, delivery process etc
