Develops sketches into working drawings and details from concept stage through construction
documents. Take ownership of drawing production progress, design development issues, detail
design queries and coordination issues.
Responsible for the correctness and absolute accuracy of drawing work, quality, Layout and notes
and coordination of drawings amongst the team.
Preparing Structural reinforcement detail drawings, Foundation and Column setting out drawings for
site requirements.
May direct the preparation of drawings by other drafting personnel of lesser experience. Preparation of
N.O.C drawings.
Consistently estimates accurate completion time of own assignments and effectively coordinates
with project team and across disciplines.
Maintaining drawing records of contractor, consultants and Responsible for the production drawings
(Presentation and working drawings) and coordination of concept design, schematic design, detail
design & tender doc, Under the guidance of an design manager, and to coordinate proactively with
other engineering disciplines and architectural colleagues to achieve a homogeneous set of
presentation or working drawings for tender.
Report back to the design manager for all production work and to aim for excellence in design quality
and documentation.
Report to the design manager on the drawing production progress, design development issues,
detail design queries and coordination issues.
Preparing design development presentation drawings, preparation of municipal drawings, sale
drawings and detail working drawings.
Preparing whole project pipeline profile and alignment, Electro-Mechanical, Structural and related
shop drawings and as built drawings.
Preparing Mechanical, Civil & Pipe line detail drawings for valve chambers like Air valve, Wash out,
Line valve, Control valve & Flow meter Chambers etc…
Makes routine decisions governed by established project standards or Project instructions.
Preparation of Mechanical services layouts, piping isometric details, Sections and schematic drawings
for piped services, water line, drainage & sewerage.
Preparation of Electrical Single line diagram, schematic drawings, cable route Layout and P & I diagram
etc.
Preparing pipefittings Single line diagram and detailed drawings for fabrication. Completion of tasks
received from engineers & Co-ordination with other design disciplines.
Preparation & checking of Large General Arrangement, P&ID, Fabrication drawings Electrical
Schematic, Foundation Drawing, 3D Piping Layouts, Isometric Drawings, Shop drawings and Pump
house in AutoCAD.
