Handling first level escalation of for Fixed Assets and for team member within stipulated time line
Working On R12 ERP and using GL Module, AP & AR module, Fixed Assets module for financial reporting and month End Activity
Handling Nigeria Operational Company for all reporting and Fixed Assets activity, Maintain Fixed Assets for Depreciation, amortization, adjustment, retirement & transfers.
Report to Finance controller and CFO of the Operational company Nigeria
Conducting training to our team member time to time and preparing skills build program for Airtel. Also having team handling experience and responsible to Sr. Manager.
Good user of excel and prepare a Macro for different activity and make the work smoother work.
Financial Reporting
Reporting variously on various intervals for:
Balance sheet finalization and send to higher level management (Onshore).
Trends and variance analysis and providing insightful commentary for each and every account of profit & loss account & balance Sheet to explain MTD, QTD, YTD variance including resolutions of discrepancies and action plans to key finance and business contacts
Running and submitting balance sheet controls run periodically during close period
Handling R2R (Record to Report), General Ledger & Financial Reporting profile in Fixed Asset Domain for E*TRADE Financials for securities& clearing operation companies (Corporate Business). Financial reporting
Direct reporting to Onshore Director Finance and Sr. Managers of Finance E*Trade for different activities on daily basis.
Managing client relationship and handle first level escalation. Also having team handling experience and responsible to Manager
Proactively seeking client feedback to improve service level standards
Providing training to new resources hired in team.
Using Oracle 12R ERP (including journal entries uploading rights) and other subsystems supporting Corporate business (i.e. ADP, Discoverer etc.) of the E*TRADE Financials group & working extensively on MS-Excel & other business tools Akritiv, Oracle, Discoverer .
Using Fixed Asset sub-ledgers for uploading and tracking all Fixed Assets assets (for depreciation, amortization, adjustments, retirements & transfers).
Handling other domains as an extra responsibilities like:- Marketing & Accounts Receivables.
