Overseeing the academic calendar of a particular year is being adhered to and is being timely followed by constant monitoring and providing timely feedback to the academic committee by DG, GCRG Group.
I have also been part of a committee under the guidance of college registrar to coordinate with regulatory body like GBTU, QCI, AICTE, Lucknow university for the grant of approvals pertaining to various courses being run by GCRG group along with timely follow up.
Worked as an active member in CRC responsible for planning and carrying out industrial training, guest lectures, seminar by corporate and technical workshop etc for students.

Implementation of the FDSS software module in Operations, timely changes done in the software as per the
requirement.
Interacting with the development team on a daily basis for project status and module delivery schedules.
Presentations and demos given to employees and management on the functionality and the usability of the software package.
Visualized technical and personnel related IT needs and put up proposals to the management for the same.
