HR FUNCTIONS: Training & Development - Setup training as per HO training calendar, training about product, coordinate
with HO for scheduling brand trainings, client servicing mannerism, correcting pronunciation of brand and product names,
distributing training materials, take written and oral tests to see performance review of candidate, introduction and
management games, getting training feedback.
Recruitment - Screen candidates through job portals and recruitment agencies, Interviewing candidates, Tie up with
recruitment agencies and negotiate. Assist in preparing Job descriptions for all roles, complete exit formalities as and
when required.
Induction & On Boarding - Handover offer and appointment letters to candidates timely and provide induction trainings.
HR Administration - Maintaining all employee details digitally and also hardcopies and share with Head Office.
Performance Management - Assist Location Head in completing the appraisal process.
Grievance handling by self and escalating major issues to HO for settlement. Motivating and Briefing staffs on daily basis.
MARKETING FUNCTIONS: Implementing innovative promotional activities, Visual Merchandising, BTL Promotions, Product
promotions and offers, installing various communications to increase footfall like Hoardings, standees, catalogues and
offer pamphlets etc. Local level Tie-ups with various companies to increase sales drive.
Reporting & coordinating closely with Marketing Head of the company.
Managed the entire HR works, engaging ground level workers, Supervisors etc managing their wages
pay on weekly basis and the contract pays of contractors on time defined basis and also coordinated with various vendors
and taken care of marketing aspects to promote company sales and generate lead.
Internship Project:
1) Two months project on “An analytical study of Recruitment and Selection process in HAVELLS INDIA LTD”.
2) 30 days project on “SOCIAL MEDIA: An emerging tool of Brand promotion.”
