Main Duties:
1- Elaboration of Ne HR processes/procedures, including but not limited to: Hiring &recruitment;
discipline, performance management, HR Assessment and training competency, transport policy,
car policy.
2- Negotiation and Elaboration of new collective bargaining agreement (CBA) with Syndicate;
Recruitment and Selection.
➢ Attract, retain and motivate staff.
➢ Manage the recruitment process for employees and consultants.
➢ Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee
evaluations and terminations.
➢ Analyze the skills and qualities required for each job and develop job descriptions.
➢ Manage the contracting process for employees and consultants.
• Skills Development.
➢ Identify training/skills/competency needs within the Group.
➢ Coordinate career development, succession planning and talent management needs in partnership with line
management.
• HR Reporting.
➢ Manage the HRMS.
➢ Compile monthly management reports as required.
• Performance Management.
➢ Implement performance management/talent management initiatives in order to ensure enhanced
knowledge and skills sharing/transfer.
➢ Oversee and manage the Probationary Period and Annual Appraisal Reporting System,
• Policies and Procedures. Develop, update and implement all HR policies and procedures.
• Budget & Cost Management.
➢ Set salary scales and allowances to ensure parity across the Group.
➢ Drive HR-related cost savings and manage HR budgets as set by executive management and working in
conjunction with the Head of Finance.
• Administration.
➢ Maintain oversight of all administrative responsibilities of junior HR staff within the Group HQ and Country
Offices. Carry out regular internal audits of the HRMS and HR filing system within SharePoint.

Responsible for driving the strategic roadmap for GE's HR shared services for the North & West African regions. This region covers 04 different countries providing HR and payroll shared services to over 900 employees.
Manage and coach 04 HR Specialists staff specialized in HR operational tasks such as on boarding, off boarding, employee life cycle administration, payroll management and support etc.
Leading and managing the simplification of the companies’ processes and working closely with Compensation & Benefits to determine, elaborate and implement the package of each Band and Function.
