using SCBA, filling empty cylinders, SCBA maintenance and testing, all
kinds of technical rescue, vertical horizontal ventilation, using portable
radios, preformed overhaul operations, victim extraction from structural
collapse due to but not limited to explosions, elevator rescue. Used various
types of hydraulic rescue tools including but not limited to sheers, and
spreaders.
> Day to day station work, equipment maintenance, vehicle checks, tool
maintenance, cleaning and sharpening all kinds of hand tool, washing face
pieces, SCBA backplates harnesses, rope maintenance.
> Attended various trainings, including but not limited to weber hydraulic
rescue system training, public schools fire drills, hospital fire drills including
other structures with high occupancies, hazmat training at large chemical
facilities, hazmat training at water purification plants, attended training with
bomb squad and K-9 units
