Abu Dhabi Oil Refining Company (TAKREER) is considered as a major company of ADNOC Group of Companies. Takreer was established to take over the responsibilities of refining operations from ADNOC and develop the refining industry in the UAE. Now, Takreer is prominent oil refining company regionally and internationally contributing to oil markets and to the rapid growth of UAE economy. I am working for Takreer as Translator/Administrator reporting directly to Vice President Corporate Support Division. My duties including the followings:
Translation of technical, legal and administrative documents from English to Arabic and vice versa.
Facilitate technical, legal and administrative terminologies for new employees (developees).
Interpret between Arabic and Non-Arabic speaking employees, contractors, subcontractors and etc.
Review and proofreading all types of documents such as letters, agreements, contracts and etc.
Drafting and typing English & Arabic Correspondence such as memo, fax, letters and etc...
Archiving & retrieving documents electronically through AFU system
Prepare and follow up applications through Maximo System.
Assist in the preparation of annual business plan, manpower plan, training plan and annual budget.
Taking munities of meetings and translate the same whenever required.
Attending investigation committee and translate the records from English to Arab

Translation of medical reports and other admin. Documents.

Preparing annual reports of local and abroad patients.
Coordinate with local and abroad Hospitals to arrange treatment, medical equipments and other medical services for patients.
Bin Ham Group of Companies (Gulf Tiger Contracting Company & Nimr Emirates Contracting Company classified as special class and executing more than 40 Towers in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman”).
Gulf Tiger Contracting Company is considered as one of the major companies of Bin Ham Group of Companies, classified by Abu Dhabi Municipality as special class. The Company executed more than 80 Towers of twenty-stores and above in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. I have joint the company on 03/10/1997 as an administrator in Abu Dhabi reporting directly to the General Manager. In May 1998 the company got a very big project in Sharjah, so the Board of Directors nominated me to relocate to Sharjah in order to establish and manage the Branch. By the end of May 1998 I have relocated to Sharjah and finalized the followings:
Rent a very spacious office in Cornish Plaza Building.
Signed a contract with Nadic Engineering & Designing Company to design the office.
Signed a contract with Furniture Company to furnish the office.
Provided all telecommunication equipments such as telephone devices, fax machines, mobiles and etc.
Provided all stationeries, printing equipments, typing equipments such as printers, photocopiers, typewriters and etc.
Hired two cleaners & one office boy.
Hired Al Ehood General Service office for the issuance of Trade License and other related certificate to legalize the establishment of the branch.
Hired Public Relation Officer to relocate some of our employees from Abu Dhabi to Sharjah and follow the issuance of group visa to bring labors from abroad.
Rent and prepared a very spacious Labor Camp in Sharjah Industrial Area to accommodate more than 150 labors
Translation of different types of documents, certificates, brochures. booklets, agreements, contracts and etc..
Preparing and typing English and Arabic correspondences such and Memo, Fax, Letter and etc…
Keeping control of the smooth running of daily office works such as communications and arrangements.
Preparing for scheduled and urgent meetings.
Keeping control of bitty Cash.
Marketing on phone.

Coordinate with sub-contractors with regard to contracts, payments and all related issues, and with suppliers with regards to agreements, material and shipment
Keeping control for office communication and contacts.
Overseeing the day to day office activities.
Translate and facilitate terms and documents whenever required.
Organize and maintain libraries, documents, and files and retrieve information, records, reports and etc when ever required.
Bachelor Degree in English Language 1989 – El-Minia University – Faculty of Arts & Human Sciences – English Language Department – Egypt
