1.) Providing a responsive, accurate advisory service on payroll matters, resolve difficult enquiries and assist in identifying payroll errors and implementing corrective action where required to ensure employee payments are processed accurately and database integrity is maintained.
2.) Arrange and process payments through computerized payroll system. This should involve the collection and input of all relevant information for the monthly payroll (Including new starters, leavers, benefits, contract amendments, and any leave records.)

6.) Maintaining and updating of job costing records in the payroll system and on time sheet checklists.
7.) Carrying out the month end reconciliation and payment of payroll.
8.) Ensuring that all employees are paid in line with their letter of offer and their entitlements are accurate and up to date.
9.) Processing transaction in relation to payroll, retirement, deduction, salary package and providing relevant information to H.R Manager in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
10.) Manager workflows to ensure all payroll transaction are processed accurately.
11.) Ensuring all reports related to payroll are accurate and disbursed in a timely manner.
12.) Update and maintain all employee reports (Leave register, payroll deductions, rates, retirement, and increment details, overtime details).
13.) Prepare and maintain labour wages list through payroll software on monthly basis by entering attendance, overtime and deduction details, forward to Manager Human Resource.
14.) Prepare reports regarding employee records and payment authorities, deliver to Manager Human Resource.
15.) Maintain overtime reports and the same should be managed and report to Manager Human Resource on monthly basis.
16.) Preparing Deduction Report for all deduction as per policy or mutual understanding between employees and employer and forward it to the HR Manager for approval.
17.) Actively involved in payroll cycle and receiving approved Labour Wages Card, overtime sheets of all Drivers and labours and attendance sheets of person employed in sister concerned companies.
18.) Preparation of employee Attendance summary and calculating attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and checked posted information on the payroll system.

1.) Prepare financial statements and support schedules to be submitted to the Finance Director on a weekly basis. Summarizes financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and like. Ensure that these financial statements are error-free accounting reports that the company can rely for decision making purposes of the management.

2.) Handles month end and year end closing process with the Finance Director. Available financial reports should always be ready upon the request of the management and the external auditor once they conducted a surprise audit. Substantiates financial transactions through audited documents.

3.) Prepares asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing information.

4.) Develop and document business process and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

5.) The accounting software is very essential to accounting process and audit compliance. The Quick books accounting software are up to date as far as the accounting records are concern. All adjusting entries are to be finalize on a weekly basis to make sure that the financial records are readily available

6.) Posting of payment with correct cost codes, verify approval process of invoices, ensure compliance prior to bookings, process vendor payments on banking systems, recording of staff expense reports and make payment, reconcile vendor statements, bank reconciliation, cash forecasting for payments, posting of journal entries in general ledger.

7.) Maintain accounts receivable and follow up collection and its allocation. Monitoring customer accounts details for non-payments, aging, delayed payments and other irregularities. Keep Management informed of department performance and raise any significant problem. Preparation of accounts bank reconciliation at month end.

8.) Ensure proper collection reporting, customer’s statements control / analysis and produce monthly achievement report on required critical profit centers.

9.) Prepare payroll every month, ensure all additions and deduction are reflected into the payroll that should be done into company WPS (Wagers Protections System). Responsible to make the employee paid on time as per the contract (28th of every month).

10.) Preparation of cheques for payments like issuing rental cheques, salary cheques and supplier cheques. For collection of cash and cheque, to make sure that these collections deposited at the earliest possible.


11.) Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.

12) Supervise and process petty cash fund request and disbursement of expense to petty cash holder.

9.). Managing 200 units; Residential and Commercial in Dubai, that includes Apartments, Villas, and Warehouses.

If reconciling items were found on the book the adjustment should be made of the book, and if reconciling items is on the part of the bank is on the part of the bank, make the bank aware of the error that are subject to adjustments. 5.) Maintains and update the books of accounts daily, from the subsidiary ledger to general ledger, the balances of each account will be forwarded to the Balance sheet and the Income statement at the end of the month. After the posting on the Financial Statement the chief accountant will review the posting and makes the necessary adjustment for the proper balances.
