▪ Evaluation of the physico-chemical properties, characterization and conditioning of Crude oil for efficient fuel utilization in gas turbine.
• Assists with research projects and perform independent research and various clerical and editorial duties; compiles, processes and analyzes data.
▪ Modeling of process equipment brown field platforms using PDMS, AutoPLANT and Cyclone, piping design and routing, design verification, marking up process P&ID’s to match as-built.
▪ Analysis of fabricated spools by superimposing cloud data of fabricated spool on PDMS model.
▪ Generated Shop Drawings and Isometrics for piping and instrumentation design (P&ID) and ensure there are clash-free to ensure first time fit installation.
▪ Fabrication assurance relating clash-free design with fabricated spool piece and generating fabrication assurance report for client review and correction.
▪ Clash checking of Tie-points of 3D models.
▪ Generation of Shop Drawings and Isometrics from Laser scans and Piping General Arrangement.
▪ PDMS modeling of Equipment and Piping of brownfield platforms
▪ Monitored processes at the water treatment plant such as monthly filter bed backwashing to ensure removal of algae growth on the walls of filter bed enclosure.
▪ Participated in various quality control actions (i.e. Disinfection, pH test).
▪ Routine maintenance of pumps and quarterly clear-out of filter jute bags.
