Operates and monitors all system such as CCTV, Fire Panel and BMS system within the Control Center in a professional and efficient manner. To ensure integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of all information gained by compliance with quality standards and legislation, whilst preserving the rights of individual.

AND RESPONSIBITIES:
1.0 Implement company rules and regulations, conduct security inspection and briefing of security guards for post order the day. Patrolling and passive measure condition.
1.1To operate and monitor all system such as CCTV, Fire Panel and BMS system within the Control Centre in a professional and efficient manner. To ensure integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of all information gained by compliance with quality standards and legislation, whilst preserving the rights of individual.
1.2 To record all events and actions taken in a clear, legible and accurate written format. To provide an efficient and courteous radio and telephone answering service and deal efficiently with all enquiries.
1.3 To report all equipment failure to the site supervisor to maximize operation of the system.
1.4 Receive and Relaying telephone calls external and internal.
1.5 Implement procedures as per client rules and regulations.
1.6 Conduct monthly preventive maintenance for CCTV system
1.7 And reporting.
