o Executed the design intent and coordination activities using Revit as part of a pilot project.
o Successfully implemented structural and MEP drawings received from F&M while respecting architectural intent.
o Coordinated Shafts on all residential buildings.
o Assistance in developing details to communicate design intent.
o Assistance in creating final as built drawings and construction demolition drawings in order for MEP, structural and fire engineers can approach their intervention.
o Assistance on the preparation of all the detailed drawings, schedule & documents.
o Assistance on the coordination with all related parties. (Structural engineer, mechanical engineer, electrical engineer and life & safety sub-consultants)
o Assistance on the preparation of the final tender package.
