Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Generation of Pending Reports and Shipment Status/Dispatch Advise from each of the branches of the System which are then forwarded to the branches via email. 2. Making follow-ups with the Shipping Department (of the company factories in KSA and Dubai) in regards to the product dispatches to the branches. 3. Liaising with the branches regarding their product requirements and the receipt of the products ordered from the factory. 4. Monitoring of Out of Stock situation of the branches and the factories. 5. Receipt of the Inventory Reports from the branches every five days is a necessity in order placements. 6. Preparation of the Inventory Management System (IMS) Sheets for the branches wherein the inventory, Goods in Transit, and pending orders are placed to generate orders for the branches. 7. Preparation of the Beverage Stock Ageing Report every last week of the month and sending it to the branches of which they are required to send it back on or before the 3rd day of every month. This is to monitor the near-expired products available in the branches. 8. Compilation of the Beverage Stock Ageing Report received from the branches and makes a final report and submits it via email to the company management. 9. Preparation of the Out of Stock format for the next month and send them to the branches via email. They are required to send it back every day to monitor the stock situation of the branches. 10. Deletion of pending orders not dispatched by the factories of the previous month.
