Planning the work in order to ensure a successful handing over of the project to the Client.
Manage interior fit-out works as per drawing and specifications.
Coordinate with Consultant and Client through periodic meetings.
Ensure that the job is completed within the budgeted time and cost.
Ensure that the billing for jobs is initiated promptly in accordance with the contract terms.
Ensure that the billing for clients are followed up and collected within agreed credit terms.
Ensure that all documentation relating to the job such as approval from the client, hand over certificates, variation orders and others are obtained and adequately kept.
Ensuring the compliance to the Company safety rules and regulations are strictly observed through proper supervision.
Responsible in making sure that the given project is completed within a certain set of restraints
Checks shop drawings from Contractors to ensure that specifications are being followed.
Prepares Bill of Quantities and Specifications Sheets
Prepares Construction Program.
Attends project meetings with Contractors and Sub-contractors
Checks and Assesses Quotations from Contractors.
Identifies and manages project risk.
Attends Client meeting to discuss project issues and requirements.
Coordinates with Designer and check if Client’s requirements are met.
Responsible in making sure that the given project is completed within a certain set of Restraints

Exercise rigid project management to track resources and ensure timely completion of projects within the budget while maintaining the good quality workmanship.
Communicate project performance, issues/concerns and risks through reports.
Coordinate with the Client on a regular basis.
Manage site managers and ensure Tool Box Talks, site safety inductions and HSE are carried out and complied.
