cumulative value of approx. $100M. Identified opportunities to modernize various corporate processes which acted as
the catalyst for company restructuring leading to increased profits, and ability to target new opportunities.

Helped strengthen customer relationships, streamline business processes, and improve hiring practices. Provided risk
management and assurance to drive profitability and ensure timely project completion.

Corp certified commercial builder on the continent. The company has 500 staff in 7 offices across Canada.
Traine Construction & Development is based in Kelowna, BC and works throughout Canada, primarily on multi-family
residential construction projects. Undertook senior management assignments on a contract basis.

▪ Strategic Planning & Improvement: Orchestrated changes to the organizational structure of the company and
introduced an ERP system to streamline operations and improve internal processes. Developed a strategic plan to
foster transparency, accountability, and help build high-performing teams.
Construction Project Management Contracts
▪ Construction Management: Oversaw short-term contracts for a wide range of construction projects for the oil and gas
industry in Fort McMurray, and large office buildings in Calgary. Managed the initial design phase through to
completion, including coordinating schedules, maintaining budgets, risk management and resource allocation.
Played an integral leadership role in orchestrating the successful completion of 2 major
construction projects, including a $890M World Class Convention Centre and a $550M five-star hotel resort in Nassau,
Bahamas. Delivered outstanding performance in a high-profile, high-pressure, deadline driven environment.
▪ People & Culture: Provided strong leadership for a workforce of up to 600 people (Vancouver Convention Centre) and
a diverse multicultural workforce of 400+ people (Atlantis Phase III) to optimize production, quality, and ensure safe
and timely project completion. Built a culture founded in quality, accountability, and exceptional performance.
▪ Project Management: Created detailed work plans which identified and sequenced the activities needed for successful
completion. Oversaw all field operations, scheduling, and resource requirements. Led and chaired weekly meetings
with clients, sub-trades, high-profile consultants, architects, and other stakeholders.
Developed a fully documented project quality system, including engineering, procurement, installation, and
pre/commissioning that were in line with all contractual requirements and ISO 9001:2000.
As the construction manager for M&W Zander in Beijing China, ensured the Rhone-Poulenc Rorer (R&D Facility) met
the rigorous standards needed in a clean room facility within the pharmaceutical industry. Ensured strong project
governance and process drive culture which proved crucial in securing FDA validation.
▪ Oversaw construction activities for the Infineon semi-conductor facility, a high-tech manufacturing plant in Suzhou
China hosting the company’s first HQ in Asia. Skillfully managed this design build project within an aggressive schedule,
marrying iterative design process and linear construction process to optimize client value.
