• Prepares aluminum Shop Drawings, Fabrication Drawings, setting out plan and bracket layout. for CURTAIN WALL both stick and unitized system, doors / windows, skylight, balcony hand railing, glass
balustrade, frameless curtain wall, (spider fittings), rain screen cladding, stone cladding and staircase handrailing.
• Material Take off through the Aid of excel
• Material ordering
• Revise shop drawings complying with consultant requirements
• Visit workshop/factory for some supervision on actual fabrication of panel
Prepares 3d drawings as required for presentation

• Prepares Shop Drawings schedules
• Prepares façade opening schedules and quantity take-of
• Prepares 3d drawings as required for presentation
• Prepares Material schedule
• Prepares Glass cut sizes through the aid of excel for glass wastage checking
• Prepares and maintain drawing submittal register
• Prepares and maintain material submittal register
• Controls technical documentation/approvals for ISO audit
• Coordinates and liaise with site engineers
• Coordinates and liaise with site consultants
• Attending meetings at site with the consultants for shop drawings approval
• Revise shop drawings complying with consultant requirements
• Assigned as a team leader, Duly responsible in building a team to generate all technical drawings needed for shop drawings and cutting list/fabrication drawings
• Provide 3d drawings and isometric view upon request of main contractor/Architect for client presentation
• Maintains high quality with complex design issues.
• Making drawings thru the aide of computer on interior/exterior materials such as sash, curtain walls, window walls, doors, etc.
• Makes preliminary sketch and simple designs of proposed project, checking dimension of parts, material to be use in relation of one part to another with the guidance of the supervisor.
• Draws finished and final drawings from sketches.
• Makes any adjustments/Revision, changes and/or customers desires to standard and/or customer drawings.
• Maintains drawing files in the specific directory
