Brand ambassador for BAT Beirut duty free
Engaging with consumers who are none but the travelers who pass by the duty free. The engagement with them serves to help them find what they are looking for and show them new products if they wish to inquire
Shifting people from competitor brands to BAT brands based on their preference and request
Communicating the needs and changes of the tobacco section with my company
A weekly and a monthly report are presented to the higher management, explaining the situation of the sales, and reporting people’s comments and complaints.
Conducting tasting for the customers and following specific engagement strategies in order to persuade them of buying the products. Most of these engagement techniques are acquired through training I attended with professionals on how to sell better.
