1. Evaluates / Prepares Monthly Interim

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineer - (BSEE) TECHNOLOGICAL INSTITUTE OF THE PHILIPPINES (1990-1996)
Team player, Task oriented and capable to deliver task given, with extra skills in coordination with others trades in different levels at different cultural or nationalities.
Capable in Design, Estimate of electrical and auxiliary system such as: Power, Lighting, Earthing, Lighting system, Telephone, Data and Fire Alarm system.
Review plans and specification if there are some changes to existing and as per client requirements that will affect the BOQ.
Site management for the execution of electrical and mechanical works mitigating all necessary drawing and materials approvals and execution approvals.
Doing the QA/QC task to ensure the best quality as per project specification, drawings approved and keep the proper record.
Implementation and supervision of electrical and mechanical works if all materials and equipment follows the proper specification and standard set fort in the approved submittal that will satisfy the client.
Prepared Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and other tender documentation for competitive tendering for projects

Assures workmanship of manpower conforms with the electrical plans and specifications.
Recommends promotion/dismissal and or appropriate action in favor or against subordinates to Project Engineer upon evaluation of performance and working attitude.
Conducts at least once a month meeting with subordinates to formulate a better working relationship in between, thus putting more efficiency and willingness particularly in line of duty.
Prepare all documents as per project quality plans for finals inspection and turn-over.
Inspection of all electrical activities, base on (RFI) request for inspection issued upon by project supervisors and initiate punch listing before final acceptance activities.
Supervise and assisting to Sr. Electrical Foreman for installation of all electrical equipment and materials.
Prepares material take-off in accordance with the electrical plan and specification and submit to the Project Engineer for comments/approval.
