Technical Support for EMC Storage Solution

o Completes activities and tasks in accordance with the established procedures and practices to achieve agreed OLAs.
o Actively monitor performance dashboards and event queues
o Ensures events and requests are assessed correctly and that appropriate escalation takes place.
o Recommends strategies and team knowledge Sharing
o Prioritizes and manages Service request backlog
o Investigates and resolves or escalates events and incidents to the respective Teams Xmatters
o Communicate incident status to ITOC Manager
o Configuration of monitoring tools Service now, Splunk, Nagios, Solar winds,
o Support company programs and ensure adherence to company rules procedures
o Evaluates events and incidents and assesses initial impact and urgency
o Interface with stakeholders and technical resource personnel in a professional manner
o Analyze and resolve moderately complex technical problems
